Based in a state-of-the-art facility in the UK Midlands, Aros Group Ltd's machining capabilities feature the latest in CNC technology to allow in-house production of simple pre-production prototypes, complex 5-axis one-offs, and small-medium production runs.
Automated loading and unloading systems allow for rapid batch production, with skilled and experienced operators and in-house programmers ensuring the highest levels of precision are achieved and maintained.

ALUMINIUM, BRASS, STEEL CAPABILITES
PET FOOD BOWL STAND
Assembly comprises of a mixture of turned and milled components, produced in AL6082.
Each component has been hand polished before being copper and then nickel plated.
CANDLE SNUFFER
Multiple components machined from AL6082.
Circular bell housing produced fully automated on Mazak I200. Handle and stem both turned on Haas ST20Y.
Components have been deburred, otherwise no additional
processes have been applied.
LARGE TRIPLE CANDLE HOLDER
Candle holder assembly produced from AL6082 with a mixture of milling and turning, with candle cups ranging from 80mm up to 120mm.
Shown deburred with no additional finishing processes applied.
